Website rebuild terms

1. The preview

We build a preview of your new website from your existing public content at no cost to you. Looking at the preview doesn’t commit you to anything. If you don’t want the new site, you owe nothing.

2. What’s included

A complete multi-page website built from your business’s own content, including your products, prices and photos, your Google reviews, a consult or quote call to action and tap-to-call on every page, a chat assistant that answers common questions from your information and sends enquiries to your inbox, mobile-first design, on-page SEO (titles, schema markup, sitemap) and set-up on your existing domain.

3. Price and payment

The rebuild is a one-off A$3,000. It’s payable by invoice once you’ve approved the site and before it goes live on your domain. Payment details are provided on the invoice.

4. Hosting

Hosting isn’t part of the A$3,000. Hosting options are discussed and agreed with you when the site goes live.

5. Changes

Before you pay, we’ll make reasonable changes to the preview so it suits you. Larger changes after go-live, such as new sections, pages or features, are quoted separately and only start once you approve the quote.

6. Your content and domain

You confirm you own or have permission to use the text, logos and photos on your existing site or that you give us. Your content stays yours. Your domain stays registered in your name.

7. No ranking guarantee

We build every site with solid SEO groundwork, but we can’t guarantee any search ranking, traffic or number of enquiries.

8. Liability

We take care with your site, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

We only use your details, and any enquiries your site receives, to provide this service. We don’t sell or share them, except with service providers needed to run the site.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
